Nexus Markets also operates under Nexus Markets (Pty) LTD which is a juristic representative of TD Markets (Pty) LTD, a Category I Financial Services Provider, and an authorised Crypto Asset Service Provider with FSP number 49128. 

Hereinafter both Nexus Markets LLC and Nexus Markets (Pty) LTD are referred to as “Nexus Markets”, “We”, “Us”.

Your consent is deemed to be given to share your personal information with a third party partner organization in order for us to meet our Know Your Customer obligations, in accordance with Anti Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism obligations prior to account opening. 

Nexus will not sell your personal information.

However, failure to do so may result in our being unable to open or maintain your account or to provide services to you. The erasure of your information shall be subject to applicable laws, and the applicable retention periods under Nexus’ record retention policy and procedures.
