Nexus Markets also operates under Nexus Markets (Pty) LTD which is a juristic representative of TD Markets (Pty) LTD, a Category I Financial Services Provider, and an authorised Crypto Asset Service Provider with FSP number 49128. 

Hereinafter both Nexus Markets LLC and Nexus Markets (Pty) LTD are referred to as “Nexus Markets”, “We”, “Us”.

  6. Cryptocurrency is susceptible to irrational bubbles or loss of confidence, which could collapse demand relative to supply.

IRREVERSABILITY

Cryptocurrency transactions are typically irreversible. You may not be able to recover assets in the event that: 

  1. Cryptocurrencies are sent to an incorrect address or via the wrong blockchain network; 

  2. An incorrect transaction amount is transmitted; 

  3. Funds are transferred to a fraudulent party or scheme; 

  4. Malicious or unauthorised activity occurs on the Account Holder’s TDME Account.

Nexus Markets accepts no liability for losses resulting from any of the foregoing events.

PRIVATE KEY RISK

Extreme caution must be taken whenever selecting, storing or transmitting private keys. If another person learns your private key, they can steal your funds. If you forget or lose your private key or password details, the Company cannot provide a back-up and this can​ result in the loss of your Cryptocurrencies. We strongly recommend you use secure cold storage.

NO GUARANTEE

Neither the Company, nor any other person, guarantees or underwrites any transaction entered into via the Services, nor assumes any responsibility or liability for any loss you incur in using the Services or accessing the Site. 

NO SOLICITATION

  3. All other risks, direct, indirect or ancillary, whether in relation to cryptocurrency and Nexus Markets which are not specifically or explicitly stated in this policy.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Nexus ​does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any Cryptocurrencies or any network or software which underlies or supports any Cryptocurrencies or digital assets.

You represent, warrant and undertake to us that:

  1. You have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the operation, functionality, usage, storage, transmission mechanisms and other material characteristics of cryptocurrencies to appreciate the risks and implications associated with use of Nexus Markets and/or our Services;

  2. You have the legal authority to deal with any cryptocurrency that may be used in connection with your use of the Nexus Markets and/or Services;

  3. You understand and accept any risks (whether direct, indirect or ancillary) associated with Nexus Markets and/or cryptocurrency.
